Chicago Innovation Award Nomination

This month the Chicago Innovation Awards recognized Truepad for our contribution to real estate search. We proudly join more than 600 local companies who stand out for their innovation in many fields.

The awards showcase young companies in the region for their new approaches to products and services. These businesses come from all industries, big and small, high- and low-tech. They show the breadth of innovation that is unique to the Chicago region. Former winners include Context Media, Braintree, and the 606 bike path.

Since we started Truepad and launched in Spring 2016, we have been developing our site to offer a more transparent look at real estate online.

Our property listings capture real-time data from home tours. With every data point they become more detailed. As a result, we have the most accurate price and selling time estimates available online.

This Chicago Innovation Awards’ recognition is another step closer to our ultimate goal — giving buyers the most comprehensive view of real estate available.

Thank you for all of your support in helping us bring our service to market!
